In 1975, the property sold for less than $100,000. Today, it is worth nearly $1.1 million, and after 50 years of memories made within its walls, it has become a crime scene.

Where It All Began
Savannah was born in Melbourne, Australia, in 1971, where her father's work had taken the family. When they relocated to the U.S. in 1975, she was just a toddler. Her parents chose Tucson — and this house — and that was that.

The one-story home became the setting for everything: Sunday services at Casas Adobes Baptist Church, kite-flying afternoons with her father, and the kind of rooted, unhurried family life Savannah still speaks about with pride.
